Delicious good and very generous portions! I loved the portabella enchiladas and the way they prepared the mushrooms was delicious! I wish I knew how they did it! The street corn was also really good as a starter and there was a nice drink selection.
If I could give this restaurant more stars, I would! I never used Yelp until this meal! The food is delicious. I got the chips & guacamole for an appetizer and chicken tacos for main course. I ate here twice during my stay in Park City because the service was incredible and food is so fresh! The second time we went was during peak dinner hours. The staff got us seated right on time for our reservation, filled our water glasses and had our drink orders out to us promptly. This stellar service carried on throughout our entire visit. I also noticed the spacing of tables. They leave enough room between tables for guests to comfortably move chairs in and out and hang their coats on the chairs. Some restaurants squeeze as many tables in giving customers no space for big coats or any chair movement. Every detail at Don Gallo was spot on!
Great service. Busy but were able to get a table for 6 with no wait. One of our party didn't think the burrito with queso had much flavor. Mole was spicy.
Came here with five adults and five kids under the age of eight. This restaurant was perfect for everyone. The appetizers were the highlight - the street corn, ceviche and guacamole were my favorite. I had the salmon mole which I thought was ok but the salmon was a bit dry. Great spot, especially with kids. Would come back
Quick stop in during Sundance Film Festival - glad I did! The atmosphere is mountain contemporary, with soft music in the background to support and not overwhelm conversation. The amuse bouche was a fresh fried corn tortilla with smoky salsa and bean dip. I was intrigued by several items on the menu - including a salmon with mole - but landed on a deliciously satisfying cauliflower taco plate. The cauliflower is delicately fried and wrapped with razor thin pickles, sauce and a cilantro sprig, accompanied by rice and black beans. Service is prompt and informative. Love when waiters offers up opinions when asked. Delightful!
Service was attentive and efficient. Food was so fresh and delicious . We were a table of 4 and each had a different entree which we all thoroughly enjoyed. While we didn't have children with us , this fabulous gem is very kid friendly. We will be back !
I'm pretty confident all of the bad reviews come from fake accounts because this place is so good!!!! We left chimayo to come here. We had been to chimayo last year, and it was okay, but this time the service was not good and the menu uninspired and EXPENSIVE. we walked 30 seconds to this place. It was clean, the service was exceptional, and the food was AMAZING!!! Huge, flavorful dishes! Definitely go here instead. Good food sans attitude.
THIS PLACE DOES HAVE ALCOHOL Best passion fruit margarita my wife has ever had. Get it with the tajin rim if you like tajin. The ambiance is very nice and clean! The shrimp tacos and the milanesa were both pretty average. I likely wouldn't get them again, but the place has potential. The servers were very nice and got us extra water whenever our glasses were getting low. Overall an 8/10.
We enjoyed sitting outside looking at the views of Main Street! Nice service here. We enjoyed tasty guacamole, chips and salsa. Margaritas were average.
Possibly the best burritos of all time and that's coming from someone from SoCal where great burritos are a dime a dozen. Great place and not to be missed.
